• Student Data: Full names, grade levels, and school-provided ID numbers.
• Visual Content: Portrait photos, group photos, and "candid" shots of students.
• Parent/Customer Info: Contact names, email addresses.

2. How We Use This Information

We use the information strictly for the following purposes:

• Picture/Yearbook Production: Designing and printing the physical copy or digital.
• Order Fulfillment: Processing payments and delivering purchased products.
• Communication: Notifying parents of order deadlines or issues.
• We do NOT sell student data.

3. Compliance with Privacy Laws

We adhere to major federal standards for student data protection:

• FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act): We act as a "school official" under contract with your school, meaning we only use student records for authorized purposes.
