- If an issue arises with your photos that is attributable to our error or negligence, we will work with you to resolve the issue through re-edits or reshoots, if feasible.
- Digital products (such as digital downloads) are not refundable. Digital downloads are emailed as a link within minutes of purchase.
4. Defective Products:
- If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will replace the defective item at no additional cost.
